Dead Wrong

Apr 5, 2026    Mark Cress

Easter confronts the expectations we bring to Jesus—because often we’re looking for life in places that can’t give it. The resurrection declares that Jesus didn’t come to meet our preferences but to transform our reality, calling us out of what’s dead and into what’s truly alive. If we cling to our assumptions, we can miss Him entirely—even while standing at an empty tomb. But when we surrender our expectations, we don’t just find answers—we encounter a risen Savior who changes everything.
